| Marvin has been a part of the Vail Chophouse from opening day. Though that puts him at only two years with the company he has known owner, Brian Nolan, and Corporate Chef, Jay McCarthy, for years. Marvin is most definitely our "think out of the box" manager and brings that spirit to the Vail Chophouse on a daily basis. |
